The primary bedroom, with a Cal-King memory foam bed and antique roll top desk with an office chair, is perfect for those working from home. Upstairs, guests will enjoy a second full bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, an adjustable (standing) desk with an office chair, and a window A/C unit. Gather & Relax: The living room offers a welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating and abundant natural light — perfect for unwinding with loved ones or enjoying quiet mornings. Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Indoor Comfort: A living room with a sectional sofa, a window A/C unit (not seen in SLO very often!)Central climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV entertainment make this home equally suited for restful stays and lively gatherings. Outdoor Oasis: The shared yard features a BBQ, a garden planter box, and a small sitting area. Two dedicated off-street parking spots are located just outside the kitchen door. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for exclusive guest use. 📍 The Location Walkable: Cal Poly University, both SLO hospitals (French and Sierra Vista), Downtown Templeton’s restaurants, wine bars, and boutique shops are just minutes on foot or by bike. Short Drive: Paso Robles wine region and tasting rooms are approximately 10 minutes away. Day Trips: Central Coast beaches and San Luis Obispo are within a scenic 30–40 minute drive. 🔑 Important Guest Info Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required per stay. Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood; please respect local quiet hours, which start from 10 pm. Pets: This property is pet-friendly with prior approval. Up to two pets allowed, a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, and the guest must agree to the pet policy. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
