Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required per stay to cover potential incidentals. Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful coastal neighborhood; please respect noise levels and local ordinances. Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property. Property Note: Garage parking is not available; shared entryway used by only four units in the complex Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. Public shoreline access is nearby but may involve uneven terrain—please use caution. Beach access is via a naturally occurring path and is not maintained by the HOA or county parks. If guests require an ADA-accessible entrance or formal stairs with a handrail, we recommend using the access points at San Simeon Cove, Moonstone Beach, or Pico Creek, which is just a short drive from the home. Please note: all beach access is at one’s own risk, regardless of the route taken. ⚠️ Entry requires stairs: 4 steps down to the unit, plus one interior step into the living area. Not ideal for guests with mobility concerns. While the home does not feature central air conditioning, its location near the beach ensures that cool ocean breezes naturally keep the space comfortable. Just open the windows or sliding doors, and let the fresh coastal air create the perfect seaside atmosphere.
